Kaichiro Yamada
Director, Designer
Graduating from Musashino Art University in 1997 and serving as a research assistant in its design lab, Kaichiro Yamada founded KAICHIDESIGN in 2004. Collaborating with visionaries, creators, communicators and users, Kaichiro thrives to enrich people’s lives through various design initiatives.
Kaichiro received the Good Design Award (2004/'11/'13/'14/'16/'18/'19), red dot design award (2010 Germany), Design for Asia Award (2012 Hong Kong), Tokyo Business Design Award 2013 Excellence Award, and Wood Design Award (2015/'17)

Miho Yamauchi
Designer
Graduating from Musashino Art University, Department of Industrial, Interior and Craft Design, majoring in Interior Design in 2016, Miho started working at the interior design firm redman.inc in the same year. Miho has been working at KAICHI DESIGN since 2021 and is currently active in the design unit “myna.”

After working in editing and production for a web media platform specializing in dining out, Shigeru Yokota transitioned to a role as a web director and designer at a design company. Since 2010, Shigeru has been actively operating as 'Afterhours Design.' In 2007, Shigeru co-founded a cake shop called 'Afterhours' with Ai Yokota in Yoyogi-Hachiman, where he supports its operation and online sales.
