The top and the bottom of the container are curved with the same angles to fit perfectly, allowing it to be stackable. Creating a container by seamlessly joining pieces with angles demands a high precision of woodworking. Iku Matsumoto's intricate wood joining skills made it possible to create her own “69.1°.” Its aesthetic appearance changes depending on the angle you look at it, making it exquisitely refined inside and out.
